| Summary: | New organic compound (Lanolin) is added to the electrolyte of copperpowder deposition unit. The influences of the copper concentration, currentdensity, and specific surface on the apparent density of the produced powder hadbeen studied. Also the mean grain size of powder, mass of deposited powder arebeen calculated. The best concentration of lanolin is 0.7% at which grain sizedeposits are smooth and fine (a bout 93% less than 53 micron) and had highpurity of 99.9%. |
