總結:Megaloblastic anemia is a rare cause of pyrexia. We report the case of a patient who presented with fever, anemia and thrombocytopenia. After ruling out infective, inflammatory and endocrine causes and correlating with vitamin B12 and folic acid levels, the cause was attributed to megaloblastic anemia. The patient responded well to the treatment with vitamin B12 and folic acid supplementation.
