Investigating the Effective Factors on the Success of Rural Women Entrepreneurship Member of Women's Rural Cooperatives in the North of Tehran Province

The main purpose of this research was to investigate the factors affecting the entrepreneurship success of rural women in North of Tehran province. The statistical population of this research was rural women, s cooperatives in North of Tehran province who were surveyed in 118 census cases. This research was conducted through a survey method and using a questionnaire tool. The validity of the research instrument was evaluated using the views of ten professors of Payame Noor University in Tehran and experts. The reliability of the tool was also calculated by calculating the Cronbach Alpha coefficient, which was calculated in different parts of the questionnaire equal to and above 0.812. Findings of the research show that there is a significant relationship between individual, family, economic-financial, social -cultural and political-legal factors with the success of rural women's entrepreneurship, which among these factors, the most important factor in the success of rural women entrepreneurship research is economic and financial factors.
