| Summary: | Objectives: This research aims at demonstrating the interactive and participatory relationships between sending down al-Dhikr (The Qur’an) and its guarding through identifying specific verses that indicated the miracle of sending down and guarding the Qur’an. The study revealed the interactive and participatory relationships demonstrated by the verses related to sending down the Qur’an and its guarding, for example its association with the aspects of guarding, guidance, goodness, blessing, and universality. The study then revealed the impact of the Holy Qur’an on people and communities based on its impact on the Islamic society since the era of the Prophet Muhammad, PBUH, to the present day.
Methods: The inductive approach by exploring places where verses of sending down and guarding of the Qur’an were mentioned, followed by the analytical approach represented in studying interpreters’ analyses.
Results: The study indicated the existence of various interactive and participatory relationships in the verses related to the Qur’an sending down and guarding, indicating its comprehensiveness since it was sent down till the Day of Judgment, and the most important of which is the association between sending down the Qur’an and the truth, guidance, goodness, blessing, universality for their impact on individuals’ life.
Conclusions: The need to prepare new studies that demonstrate the features of the Qur’an, especially the universality of the Da’wa (call for Islam) advocacy it contains
