Membrane Lipid Peroxidation in Fluoride Poisoned Silkworm Larvae (Bombyx mori)
自从70年代提出生物自由基伤害学说以来,现已被广泛地用于研究需氧生物细胞的毒害机理.细胞自由基产生和清除的平衡遭到破坏时,自由基的增加会导致细胞的伤害.特别是自由基袭击了生物膜系统,使膜的磷脂双分子层中不饱和脂肪酸中的不饱和键发生过氧化而分解,从而造成整体膜的破坏.即所谓的“膜脂过氧化作用”....
