الملخص:The review covers current concepts of the pathogenesis of acne. It presents the data of international and Russian clinical studies conducted to assess the efficacy and safety of drugs comprising 15% azelaic acid and used for the treatment of acne. The authors describe mechanisms of the effect of azelaic acid on major stages of the pathogenesis of acne. They substantiate the need in basic care in the treatment of acne by the example of products of the JOYSKIN line. The authors discuss the effect of different components of skin care products on the acne-prone skin.
