Summary:The paper proposed a design scheme of mine-used intelligent tilt angle sensor which took P89LPC936 single-chip microcomputer as core, and introduced configuration, working principle and design of main circuits of the sensor in details. The sensor adopts conductive plastic potentiometer and can measure tilt amount of mine headframes accurately, which provides important data for safety in coal mine production. The actual application showed that the sensor is high in measuring precision, reliable in running and simple in operation.
