| الملخص: | This study explores the influence of organisational politics on supply chain performance within the healthcare sector by focusing on the moderating roles of organisational support and transformational leadership. The study adopted a quantitative approach, utilising a questionnaire to collect data from 224 hospitals. We employed Amos for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling to test the hypothesised relationships. The results indicate that organisational politics significantly affect healthcare supply chain performance negatively. However, we found that organisational support and transformational leadership modulate this relationship, promoting a stable and cooperative environment that mitigates the adverse effects of organisational politics on supply chain performance. This study provides insights on the buffering effects of supportive organisational environments in shaping supply chain outcomes in politically charged environments.
