| الملخص: | This study aims to test the effect of the psycho-education program based on Career Construction Theory on individuals' attitudes towards the future. The study used a quasi-experimental design consisting of an experimental group 1, an experimental group 2, and a control group to which a pre-test, a post-test and a follow-up test were administered. The study group consisted of 45 individuals, 15 in each of the three groups. Data were collected through the Personal Information Form and the Attitudes Towards the Future Scale. While the participants in experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were administered a 6-session psycho-education program, the participants in the control group were not administered any interventions. The "Two-Factor Analysis of Variance for Repeated Measures on a Single Factor" technique, which allows repeated measurements for unrelated measurements and time-dependent changes, was used to test the time*intervention common effect. The findings revealed that the psycho-education program was effective in improving individuals' attitudes towards the future, which was found to be maintained after 8 weeks as well.
