الملخص:Herpes simplex virus is a relatively less reported cause of hepatitis post transplant. Patient presented post transplant with fever, jaundice and rash. He was evaluated for causes of hepatitis. He was found to be HSV positive and was treated with Acyclovir. He developed fulminant hepatic failure. Hepatitis is an uncommon manifestation of HSV and should be considered in all post transplant patients with jaundice.
