| Summary: | This study aimed to investigate the effect of organizational capacity on employer fulfilling to psychological contracts by employee. This is a descriptive survey and correlational; and in terms of nature is practical. For this purpose, we select 173 staff based on Stratifiedsampling method from Isfahan Islamic Azad University. constrant, content and nominal validity of the questionnaires are confirmed. Reliability calculate by using of Cronbach's alpha coefficient.The results show that organizational capacity dimensions effect on employer fulfilling to psychological contracts. So organizational capacity building including appropriate strategies, leadership style worthy organization, qualified staff and the skills required by the organization, systems and structures are effective and efficient and shared values can affect the obligation of employers to employer fulfilling to psychological contracts. |
