| Summary: | The article discusses the factors which determine the innovative development of the complex of enterprises of the aircraft industry. Special attention is given to factors negatively influencing the development of the enterprises of the complex. In particular, an analysis is made of the possibility of state intervention, especially in international competition, international relations, historically established specifics of production, as well as other factors able to influence the innovative development of enterprises. Recommendations were developed to address the impacts of the factors constraining innovative development of enterprises of the aircraft building industry. |
