The orthogonal test method is used to explore the optimal parameters for the degumming process. The surface morphology, crystallinity, fineness, strength, moisture regain, and spinnability index of the fibers are tested after degumming. The results showed that after degumming, the fiber fineness was 4.97 dtex, the strength was 22.84 cN/dtex, the crystallinity was 74.5%, the moisture regain reached 7.7380%, and the spinnability was good. |
