| Summary: | This work analyses the perception and
attitude of judicial personnel regarding the
implementation of justice reform in the Republic
of Moldova. In this regard, an evaluation of the
normative framework underlying the strategy for
reforming the justice system is conducted, particularly concerning human resource management
aspects. In this context, the Justice Reform Strategy for 2022-2025 is analysed, as well as the
objectives for ensuring effective justice, reflected
in the National Development Strategy “European Moldova 2030”. To assess the perception
of judicial personnel on justice reform, a sociological survey was conducted, based on a questionnaire method with 252 respondents participating. The results obtained reveal divergent
opinions among human resources within the
judicial system regarding the manner of reforming justice.
