Summary:The article examines one of the most important macroeconomic problems, which is the problem of employing young people and developing the human resources of Ukrainian enterprises. The authors deeply analyze the issue of the provision of youth employment in the country, the creation of youth labor centers, youth business centers, business incubators for the implementation of youth training programs for entrepreneurship, the promotion of employment and provision of information and advisory services, the state regulation of the youth labor market and consider these areas activity as factors of anti-crisis management at Ukrainian enterprises.
