Talaromyces marneffei Fungemia in a Patient with AIDS: The First Reported Observation in the Middle East

We report the case of a patient who presented with septic shock and multiorgan failure. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Talaromyces marneffei were cultured from his blood.
