海水<bold>pH</bold>对赫氏颗石藻和中肋骨条藻二甲基硫化物生物生产的影响<bold/>

二甲基硫(dimethyl sulfide, DMS)作为一种反温室气体,在海洋硫循环中发挥着重要作用。目前,海洋酸化对DMS生物生产的影响仍存在争议。通过对常见藻种赫氏颗石藻和中肋骨条藻进行酸化模拟培养实验,探究了海水pH变化对DMS、二甲基巯基丙酸内盐(dimethylsulfoniopropionate, DMSP)和二甲基亚砜(dimethyl sulfoxide, DMSO)生物生产的影响。结果表明,pH 7.9和pH 7.7两组赫氏颗石藻的细胞丰度、比生长速率、DMS、DMSP、DMSO、单细胞DMS、单细胞DMSP和单细胞DMSO在4~10 d时显著低于pH 8.1组(P&...
