Summary:Imagine a cinema with different branches and because of diverse regions, there may be a need to have different services for such regions. Uniformity is needed for systems like this. In this research, we developed a customer-centric online booking system for a cinema house called FLOW Inc. We used Hypertext Mark-Up Language, Cascading Style Sheet and JavaScript for the front end and MySQL database as the back end; and PHP as the scripting language. The system was implemented using the XAMPP package and Apache as the server. It was successfully tested on a computer system with a 4GB RAM and a CORE i5 processor with a processor speed of 2.16GHz.
