Dynamic recrystallization and twinning behavior of magnesium alloy during hot tension

In this study, {10–12} tensile twins (TTs) were induced in hot-rolled AZ31 Mg sheets via hot tension along the normal direction. The results demonstrate that the volume fraction of TTs at 2 mm/min is greatly lower than their counterparts at 0.5 mm/min at 100 °C and 200 °C. Dynamic recrystallization...
