ACTUALIZATION OF ECONOMICAL DIPLOMACY IN THE PROCESS OF MONDIALIZATION AND GLOBALIZATION

Special interest, in next text, is economic diplomacy (that syntagma usually replaces the others) which connect two important part of social: economy and politic diplomacy. Economic diplomacy includes politics, diplomacy, economy, business, management, marketing, world market, public relations, information’s work and others. The point of economic diplomacy is that it can secure business diplomacy and diplomatic business – that is effective work, effective success and safety profit, investment and market. Every work has its determination, execute and finalization. It is logical that in business diplomacy and diplomatic business the most important forms of economic diplomacy, especially in modern mondialization and globalization processes, every work has exact determination, where the success is certain (not impossible), and where the work is finished in time. At the begining of 21 century the process of mondialization and globalization is delined. Mondialism is defined as unification of more states, worldwide, where one state that accepts unification, restricts ownh self-function (EU, UN, G8). Globalization is defined as regulation of united world market of capital, work and know ledge, which the states accept as their own (STO, MMF, MOR). That is why economic diplomacy should be given the status in politic system that is appropriate for the state in mondialization and globalization, so intedendant role is expressed outwards, and not the role directed inwards.
