| 總結: | <p>O presente artigo tem o objetivo mais amplo de fazer uma conexão entre o estudo hermenêutico-constitucional com as premissas básicas da interpretação das normas referentes aos direitos fundamentais. A metodologia empregada em sua consecução foca-se no escrutínio de sistemas hermenêuticos, extraindo as suas ponderações mais relevantes para a conexão visada. Como resultados dessa pesquisa empreendida, há de se destacar que, no atual momento de interpretação do direito, não há como se furtar a compreender a sua sistematicidade sem dispensar a devida atenção à intersecção entre as pretensões advindas dos direitos fundamentais e a instrumentalização de sua conexão com os pressupostos hermenêuticos. Conclui-se que o estudo hermenêutico-constitucional é indispensável para a concretização máxima dos direitos fundamentais, principalmente em suas dimensões mais concretas no atual cenário jurídico brasileiro.</p><p>PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Direito Constitucional. Direitos fundamentais.</p><p>ABSTRACT: This article makes a broader connection between the constitutional hermeneutic study and the basic assumptions of the fundamental rights interpretation rules. The methodology employed in its work focuses on the scrutiny of hermeneutic systems, extracting their most relevant to the connection targeted fundamental rights principles. The results of this survey represent that there is not possible to circumvent the juridical order systematicity without giving the needed attention to the intersection between the fundamental rights and the operational content of its connection with hermeneutical-constitutional deliberations. It is concluded that the study of constitutional hermeneutic is essential for achieving the maximum of fundamental rights, especially in its most concrete designs, in the current Brazilian legal scenario.</p><p>KEYWORDS: Constitutional Law.
