Conservative Management of Unstable Angina With Incidental Coronary‐Pulmonary Artery Fistula: A Case Report

ABSTRACT Coronary‐pulmonary artery fistula (CPAF) is a rare cardiovascular condition that requires precise diagnosis through comprehensive multimodal imaging studies; surgical intervention is not always indicated for its management.
