| الملخص: | The Criminal Mediation considers a new procedure in solving criminal disputes. It considers alternative procedure of the traditional procedure of the criminal suit. The Criminal Mediation is placed outside the frame of the Judiciary authority, in spite of it is remaining under control of the Judiciary. The Criminal Mediation is a model of the restorative Justice for reducing of Criminal suits. It participates with the traditional criminal Justice in fighting the crimes. Finally, criminal mediation is a procedure which saved a social relations between persons, so the field of the criminal mediation is limited to the family crimes. |
