Facial esthetics must be analyzed, esthetics and functional necessities must be determined, systematically cephalometric planning and occlusal studies must be directed before orthognathic surgery. In this article, a case of Class-I anterior open-bite which is corrected by simultaneously use of Wassmudt's osteotomy in the mandible will be presented. |
