The analysis of data on cadastral parcels registered within the real estate cadastre for the category IB state roads of Republic of Serbia

Data analysis on cadastral parcels (CPs) registered within the Real Estate Cadastre (REC) for IB category state roads is presented in the paper. For all IB category state roads (from 10 to 47) the analysis is done according to cadastral municipalities (CMs), the analysis of current number of CPs is done, the optimal number of CPs is considered, and a possibility of reducing the number of CPs is presented. Additionally, the analysis of buildings registered within REC that are located on CPs belonging to IB category state roads is done. The analysis is based on data publicly available on Web site GeoSrbija and KnWeb - public access. Special attention is dedicated to the merging of existing CPs on which category IB state roads are built on, to the needs of changing borders of CMs and borders of local government units, to the standardization of registration of ownership rights on CPs registered within REC as well as to the problems that occur within the REC maintenance and a proposal for solving them. Based on the analysis presented in the paper data about current number of CPs is presented, the optimal number of CPs is considered, and a possibility of reducing the number of CPS, as well as the number of buildings on all CPs belonging to category I state roads.
