MACROPRUDENTIAL STRESS-TESTING THE INDONESIAN BANKING SYSTEM USING THE CREDIT RISK MODEL
This study implements a macroprudential stress test and develops the Economic Risk Weighted-Capital Adequacy Ratio (ERW-CAR) to evaluate the resilience of the Indonesian banking sector.
