Review of video frame rate up conversion detection
Published in 网络与信息安全学报 (2018-10-01)“…Video frame rate up-conversion detection technology is a kind of video forensics technology. In order to systematically elaborate the research progress in the field of video up-conversion detection and guide the follow-up research of video up-conversion detection algorithms, the main algorithms of up-conversion detection technology are summarized.First of all, elaborate the relevant research history and development process and summarize the up-conversion concept and technical framework.According to the purpose of the detection technology, classify and explain the existing algorithms. Finally, the main research teams in the field and their research results were summarized. From the aspects of algorithm framework and test results, compare the existing detection techniques and propose two prospects.Video frame rate up-conversion is an important part of video post-processing technology, and still need further research.…”

OVERVIEW OF METHODS FOR IMPROVING THE VISUAL QUALITY OF IMAGES AND VIDEOS IN ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
Published in Современная наука и инновации (2023-01-01)“…Each method was studied in detail, their advantages and disadvantages were considered, which made it possible to come to the following conclusions: 1) methods that use physical models are very efficient, but are computationally complex, in this regard, this method is more appropriate to use for image and video post-processing. 2) Methods based on histograms are simpler, but they are only suitable for static weather conditions (fog, haze, haze). 3) The most promising are methods based on learning. …”

PICT: A low‐cost, modular, open‐source camera trap system to study plant–insect interactions
Published in Methods in Ecology and Evolution (2021-08-01)“…We provide an illustrated technical guide detailing the steps involved in building and operating a PICT and for video post‐processing. We successfully field‐tested PICT in a Central African rainforest in two contrasting research settings: an insect pollinator survey in the canopy of the African ebony Diospyros crassiflora and the observation of rare pollination events of an epiphytic orchid Cyrtorchis letouzeyi. …”
