| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 科技法律研究所 === 103 === This thesis starts on basic theory of children’s rights, in order to seek the concept of Act 1 of Juvenile Delinquency Act In Taiwan. The main issue is what’s the main idea of social responsibility. Study method is eclectic approach. In chapter 1, will be centered on an actual case. The second chapter use criminology theory to talk about the existence of social obligations. Chapter 3 introducing the juvenile justice system, and the points may be focus to discussion. Chapter 4 starts on basic theory of children's rights, in order to find the core idea of juvenile justice system in CRC, namely the obligation of society ,our final goal, and review it. The last chapter summarizes all of the above and put forward a vision.
