THE APPROACH BETWEEN THE GREATEST SYSTEMS OF CONTEMPORARY LAW
The present paper intends to analyse the main aspects of the two greatest families in Law, to conclude that, nowadays, the civil law system does not distance, as much as believed, from common law.
