五种院前卒中筛查量表对院内急性大血管闭塞性缺血性卒中的预测价值 Predictive Value of Five Prehospital Stroke Screening Scales for In-Hospital Acute Large Vessel Occlusive Ischemic Stroke

目的 探讨并分析5种院前卒中筛查量表对院内急性大血管闭塞性缺血性卒中的预测价值。 方法 回顾性纳入2015年1月—2022年12月，因非卒中相关疾病收入东台市人民医院并在住院期间因疑似卒中症状激活院内卒中绿色通道的所有患者。采用ROC曲线评估筛查量表对院内急性大血管闭塞性缺血性卒中的预测价值。5种筛查量表分别为卒中现场评估和分类转运量表（field assessment stroke triage for emergency destination，FAST-ED）、快速动脉闭塞评估量表（rapid arterial occlusion evaluation，RACE）、...
