Gelastic Epilepsy and Hypothalamic Hamartoma
Three patients with hypothalamic hamartoma and gelastic seizures were studied using ictal single-photon emission computed tomography and EEG recordings with depth electrodes at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Epilepsy Center.
