Distribution characteristics of bioavailable phosphorus and its correlation with chlorophyll-a in Hubian reservoir, Xiamen(厦门湖边水库生物有效磷分布特征及其与叶绿素a相关性)

采用氧化铁/醋酸纤维复合膜(FeO/CAM)法研究厦门湖边水库水体和沉积物中生物有效磷浓度的空间分布特征,分析生物有效磷及不同类群微藻叶绿素a质量浓度之间的相关性,初步探讨生物有效磷的来源.结果表明,表层水中生物有效磷质量浓度(FeO-P)低于底层水,且均以颗粒态生物有效磷(FeO-PP)为主.表层水中生物有效磷质量浓度在南部湖湾较高;而底层水中生物有效磷质量浓度则在开阔区域较高;沉积物中生物有效磷在入水口最高.各种生物有效磷与各类群藻叶绿素a质量浓度之间表现不同的相关性.除表层水中FeO-P和溶解态生物有效磷(FeO-DP)与总叶绿素a、FeO-DP与硅/甲藻叶绿素a呈现负相关外,其余均为正...
