APPLICATION OF A SYSTEM OF RESIDUAL CLASSES FOR SPECTRAL ANALYSIS BASED ON WAVELET TRANSFORMS
This article provides a comparative analysis of methods and algorithms for identification of characteristics of signals;it is shown that the method of converting a mixed base can effectively implement these procedures in a modular computer.
