一种航天诱变凤仙花杂色突变株的快速繁殖(英文)
建立了一套快速繁殖一种航天诱变凤仙花突变株的方法,该突变株花型似玫瑰或茶花状,花色为粉红或粉红与红色的杂色.研究表明以带腋芽的茎段作为外植体在培养基1/2MS+KT 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L上培养,在两周后发育成再生小植株,且长势良好.在此培养基上经过30 d的继代培养后,再生植株可以移栽并高效存活.通过此方法可以高效快速地繁殖该航天诱变植株....
