Real and limit sensitivity of some radiation detectors of THz/sub-THz ranges
It is shown that while calculating the NEP parameter of radiation detectors of THz/sub-THz range, the fluctuations of the background radiation flux at different temperatures of the background in the case of diffraction-limited beam should be taken into account.
