UNHCR’s role in IDP protection: opportunities and challenges
Roberta Cohen has encouraged, cajoled and even shamedthe UN into assuming a more effective role to protect IDPs.Throughout two decades of tireless advocacy she hasconsistently argued that UNHCR should be more engagedin IDP protection. Her hopes are now being realised.
