Summary:In this article we conducted research to develop a fermented milk product based on milk, enriched with bifidobacteria and herbal Supplement, with the aim of increasing its antioxidant and biological properties. It is revealed that the plant composition had a positive influence on the growth and reproduction of lactic acid microorganisms. Enriched by vegetable supplement with high biological and antioxidant activity, the obtaining product has dietary properties and can be recommended for all age groups of the population.
