| Summary: | In this study, a sample project prepared for the construction of straw bale brick masonry; work time, cost, materialand heat efficiency evaluations were made to compare straw home and brick masonry house construction. As aresult of the literature search carried out towards this aim, the information obtained and the research findings wereevaluated together. As a result, hay bales and land consolidation house construction, the calculations and evaluationsmade on the sample project show that the straw house construction is completed in a shorter time, the cost is lowerand the heat efficiency is higher. Calculations made on the straw bale sample house project reveal that the strawhouse is more economical and energy-saving, so it can be preferred to the house.
