The infection occurred after a dog bite. He presented fever. The thoracic-abdominal computed tomography angiography revealed aneurysms on the abdominal aorta, left common femoral artery, and left popliteal artery. The diagnosis was performed by a blood culture positive for Capnocytophaga canimorsus.
