Summary:The problem of religious syncretism and household syncretised religiosity are two aspects of the analysis of religion. The main object and subject of our study is the second aspect - the functioning of Orthodoxy at the household level. Objectively, there was no form of religion that would act "in its pure form", that is, at its orthodox-canonical level. Thus, even world religions are the heirs of relic beliefs, the product of their further transformation in specific socio-economic and historical conditions.
