To determine the subjective well-being of the personnel, a 4-question personal information form, a 46-item subjective well-being scale developed by Tuzgöl Dost (2005) and a 5-item life satisfaction scale developed by Diener (1984) and adapted to Turkish by Yetim (1993) were used. SPSS 23.0 statistical package program was used for data analysis. Results: As a result of the study, subjective well-being was found to affect life satisfaction (p<0.05).  Subjective well-being explained 8% of life satisfaction. In life satisfaction, it was found that individuals in the age group of 31 and over were different from those in the 26-30 age group. Conclusion: There was no statistically significant difference between life satisfaction and subjective well-being. As a result of the study, subjective well-being was found to affect life satisfaction according to sociodemographic characteristics (age, gender, education, and work experience).https://dergipark.org.tr/en/pub/useeabd/issue/41062/598909?publisher=useeabdöznel i̇yi oluşyaşam doyumufitnessspor işletmelerisportif etkinliklersubjectivewell-beinglife satisfactionfitnesssports enterprisessporting activities
