The data of the study were collected from 249 employees at enterprises with a variety of sizes and businesses. The descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha tests, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), structural equation modeling (SEM), and multigroup SEM analysis methods were used in this research. The results show that organizational agility has a positive effect on organization performance, in which the strongest impact is a decision-making factor compared with sensing and acting factors. The results also illustrate that medium and large scale enterprises have better organizational agility than small scale enterprises.
