| Summary: | In 1986, a survey of 327 ex-students of the Department of Nursing at the University of the Orange Free State was done. A questionnaire covering the following aspects was sent to all graduates and diplomates: where and in what capacity they worked after their training, who their employers were, how long they worked and which further training they have had. It was found that these ex-students were very active in the profession, with a long service record in many types of services across the country. |
