These researchers were chosen including those from the highest level in the National System of Researchers (of Mexico), <span>SNI</span> for its acronym in Spanish Sistema Nacional de Investigadores, to those who have not yet entered it. The results sustain that professors have been submitted to requirements that hinder the development of their multiple tasks, among those stand out: produce knowledge, teach, and tutor students, follow internal and surrounding policies.</span>http://redie.uabc.mx/redie/article/view/222Productividad académicaacadémicosuniversidadorganización.
