The first objective of this research is to study an overview construction’s project management body of knowledge and characteristics and responsibilities of Project Manager in project management process. In the next stage, the identification of the factors and criteria that should be considered in selection process will be carried out. Finally, a new prototype decision support model called CPMS (Construction’s Project Manager Selection) will be developed, tested and expanded based on the application of AHP. Futhermore, a sensitivity analysis can be performed to check the sensitivity of the final decisions to minor changes in judgments.
