Description
Summary:COVID-19 is caused by SARS-CoV-2. In March 2020, the WHO declared a pandemic of COVID-19. The virus attacks human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 receptors (ACE2), which are found in the lungs, vessels, heart, kidneys. This is the cause of the formation of multiple organ dysfunction in severe cases. These ones  are observed in patients with accompanying CVD, hypertension, DM, cancer, immune deficiencies. It can lead to hundreds of damage to the cardiovascular system such as myocarditis and CH. Treatment with antiviral medications may cause additional myocardial devices, including rhythm-conduction disorders. The use of ACE inhibitors and ARBs continues according to current guidelines, based on a number of evidence from clinical trials for their use, in the absence of such harm to date in the course of the COVID-19 pandemic.
