COMBINATION OSCILLATIONS APPLICATION FOR ACCURACY INCREASE OF STEEL PRODUCT NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING

The hardened layer thickness effect on the electromagnetic transducer signal is investigated. The accuracy increase of the nondestructive testing under the combination oscillations in the thickness measurement problems is estimated.
