In 29,8% of the samples retrieved from the feces of children and 7.5% of adults with acute intestinal infections, viruses isolated. In the structure of the viral landscape dominated by rota-, adeno- and noroviruses. The results of studies on detection of virus in samples of faeces methods of analysis immunoassay, enzyme immunoassay analysis and polymerase chain reaction were not significantly different (p >0,05).https://journal.niidi.ru/jofin/article/view/226acute intestinal infectionmorbidityviruses
