It was found that 58% of the patients required intermediate care; 22%, semi-intensive care; 18%, minimal care an 2%, intensive care. The use of a patient’s rating process favors the planning of nursing care, joining efforts to provide quality care to this clientele.http://dx.doi.org/10.5380/ce.v20i3.41037Cerebrovascular accidentNursingAssessment in nursing
