Este articulo es una conferencia hojeada en ocasión de la III Jornadas Anuales de Derecho y Teología, Teología, Ley y Universidad, organizada por la Cátedra Internacional “Inocencio III” en la Universidad Católica San Antonio (Murcia, 19 de Mayo de 2017). Como historiador del derecho quisiera poner de relieve la aportación que, en un momento histórico concreto, prestó la Teología al nacimiento y desarrollo del ius publicum ecclesiasticum. |
